Meet Sofia Naseem
Meet Sofia Naseem
My journey in real estate involves a collection of my personal and professional experiences, and they have all shaped my unwavering passion for helping individuals fulfill their dream of home ownership. Before officially becoming a licensed real estate agent, my foundation was laid through years of immersion in this industry. At the young age of 17, I moved from England to the United States with the goal of becoming a lawyer. However, as it often does, life took a different turn, and entrepreneurship within the realm of real estate became my new focus.
An adventure across the world and the pursuit of a legal career helped me become who I am today—a dedicated real estate professional. My husband and I jumped into property ownership at just 20 years old, sharing a vision that resulted in a sizable portfolio of properties by the time I turned 30. During my early twenties, I also attended Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, which helped me hone my communication skills and instilled in me a deep sense of discipline that later proved to be quite valuable. It wasn't until 2020 that I earned my real estate license with the intention of exclusively handling personal property transactions. However, referrals and word-of-mouth carried me further, leading to over 20 successful transactions in just my first two years as a Realtor.
What Our Clients Say
Sofia Naseem was representing us for our primary house. She was very professional and did more than expected. There was great communication and she was always there for any questions that we had. We recommend Sofia to anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate!
Extensive market knowledge, professionalism, high communicative skills, and willingness to help After Sofia helped us purchase a condo, she again successfully helped us purchase this townhome. She was very responsive and ready to help at any time and for any issue. She has extensive knowledge not only in local markets but in home remodeling as well. When we found the kitchen cabinet drawers did not pull well, she quickly fixed them. On the day of closing, the seller did not put the missing kitchen cabinet door back as promised, she stand firm and made sure that the new cabinet door was installed before informing us to wire the funds. Since we’re out town buyers, she did many things for us willingly and initiatively including the final walk-through. After closing, she continued her support and help to this day. We’re very grateful to her and she will be our realtor for life!

A lot of UK investors ask me whether Florida vacation rentals actually make money. The honest answer is: it depends entirely on how you buy. Here is what the current data shows for Orlando in 2026. The median Airbnb occupancy rate is around 67%. Average annual revenue sits at roughly $38,000. Average nightly rate is $188. Those are market averages. The top performers, typically larger 6-bedroom-plus homes designed for families and groups, pull well over $121,000 per year. But the numbers that don't show up in the headline stats matter just as much. STR permits vary by area and some HOA communities ban short-term rentals outright. September is the slowest month by a significant margin. Property management will cost you 20 to 30% of revenue. And with over 3,600 active listings in Orlando, the market rewards properties that are well-located and well-run, not just any property. The opportunity is real. But so is the research required before you commit. DM me the word INVEST and I'll send you a free Florida Vacation Rental ROI breakdown built specifically for UK and international buyers. What's the first question you'd want answered before buying a Florida investment property? #floridainvestment #centralfloridarealtor #vacationrental #ukinvestor @sofianaseemrealtor
Nobody told me how different the numbers would actually look until I ran them myself. The UK median salary is £37,430. After income tax and National Insurance, most people take home somewhere between £28,000 and £30,000. Then rent. Then council tax. Then everything else. In Florida, there is no state income tax. The average Orlando area home sold for $395,000 this year. A 4-bedroom with a pool in Clermont. Not a one-bed flat on the outskirts of London. I'm not saying the UK has nothing going for it. I'm saying I wish someone had shown me the actual comparison before I spent years assuming Florida was out of reach. DM me the word COMPARE and I'll send you a free UK vs. Florida cost breakdown. Real numbers, no fluff. What's the biggest financial surprise you'd expect making the move? #uktoflorida #movingtoflorida #centralfloridarealtor #britishexpat #floridaexpat @sofianaseemrealtor
Your first rental property should make sense on paper before it looks good in photos. The best investors start with the numbers, not the emotions. Cash flow, location, and rental demand matter far more than granite countertops and trendy finishes. A great rental is usually the one that quietly pays you month after month while building long-term wealth. Thinking about buying, selling, or investing in Central Florida?
